Arrived 25 minutes after they were supposed to be closed in a tow truck and they still helped replace my tire. Will continue to use them for all my tire needs.
I’m very disappointed with my experience at Discount Tire. I paid full price for brand-new tires, but after spending about 4 hours at the store getting them installed, I came home and checked the DOT/manufacturing date myself. I discovered that the tires were manufactured in February 2025. I called the store because this matters to me. I only drive about 4,000 miles per year, so tire age is an important factor in how much useful life I can realistically get from a set of tires.
