Well they were professional knowledgable and quoted 45 minutes for a rotation and it was exactly 45 minutes. Only issue I had was the guy that brought my car up, I guess sweated so bad it soaked my seat, I drove 2 blocks to the Kroger next door and got out when I noticed my ass and legs were soaked ... Sooo disgusting!!! My next trip I will be sure they are aware they need to cover the seat before they sit on it.

Got a notification that one of my tires was flat. Had to stop in during the lunch hour (with 2 kids) and the waiting room was packed. LOVE your free air inspection station. In and out in less than 5 minutes!! Incredibly nice staff!! Thank you!!!
These guys are awesome. They saved me a ton of money. I went in with a nail on the sidewall of my tire. A no fix. Total cost to replace the tire and cover the others with road hazard came out to $323. A shock to me for something that I wasn't planning on happening. Jared Terry hooked it up with excellent customer service and a sweet deal all in under 15 minutes. In for rotate and balance. Then other vehicles came in with appointments later in the day and watched them get serviced before mine. Waited 3hrs for mine to enter the bay. I will NEVER return to this store!
Not happy at allllllllll...... waited 2 hours and 10 minutes to have a new tire put on and balanced! Oh and it was a trailer tire so didn't even have to mess with taking it off the vehicle and putting it back on! So you please tell me why it should have taken that long? We've used this location for years and have never had such a wait time!
