Had quite a few in front of me, but Had a new set of tires in a little over an hour. Employees were friendly, helpful and professional.
We had a blow out on I-20 and were able to make it on our spare to Discount Tire in Terrell where they were able to take care of our needs in a very timely and professional manner. Thank you Discount Tire!
Always great service from Discount tire, and this location is no exception. Felix was great. Lonnie was great. The techs(my own personal pit crew) were great. I’ve always loved discount tire. This location is not an exception! They work really hard to make sure that you are taken care of and are safe out there. They weren’t able to help me the other day, but have saved me on several occasions.
I have been going to discount tire for awhile now. After this one in Terrell was built I was super excited. I came in to get my tires rotated and they ended up finding a nail in my tire along with other issues. Long story short I’ve never had such good customer service in a place. Felix was awesome explaining everything and seeing what my options were. Will definitely be coming back to see him and his staff in Terrell!

They have the best service! Definitely worth the short drive out. Walking distance to Buckys if needed!
