RecommendedI purchased a new set of Michelins last month. This morning a co-worker pointed out that I had a screw in the left rear tire. Went by the store and They replaced the tire, no charge whatsoever.
Service was very fast. Had me in an out in 30 minutes. Not bad for getting 4 new tires.
Very positive experience. They took care of my tires that were already installed as well as the ones they put on. Eddie was very helpful with the tire that had a bubble. Tony took the time to write my tire numbers on my recap sheets. Thank you!!
After waiting two hours to make a repair on a tire they originally told me they could repair they decided they couldn’t repair it. Then told me they couldn’t put the old tire back on that I would have to. The whole time I felt they were trying to force me to buy new tires any ways.
Fast, speedy and friendly service, even at the end of the day. Oh and raining!! #tirerepaired
This place is awesome ! Quick and honest ! Eli’s is top notch and takes care of everyone . I haven’t dealt with a person that didn’t do his best to satisfy the customer ..... changed from Rockwall Discount to hear after bad experiences. Thank you Terrell Discount Tires !!
In Terrell Texas, the store and personnel gave me the feeling of a "seedy" mechanics shop trying to sell products and services that are not needed. I'm a longtime dedicated customer, and the clerk argued with me that the tires on my vehicle were not purchased from Discount tire. It's the ONLY place I buy my tires. Very disappointed with the service I received with this visit.
Awesome customer service! These guys know what they’re doing & really try to explain what’s going on & why they’re doing what they do! Recommend this discount tire over all others! 10/10!
