I first went to NTB and Firestone looking on estimates for a tire balance-rotation. Both of which the employees were not very welcoming nor seemed like they wanted me to actually shop at their store. I came into Tire Discount where I was greeted with James. He was EXTREMELY welcoming and even came out to my car to look at my tires, informed me of different deals they have on the service I wanted, and made sure I was satisfied before I made my purchase.
