Good place to go if your buying their tire but the support and repair is one of the worst especially when it takes 4 hours to get a tire plugged. they could take some tips from tire world lesson learned.

Excellent service, very clean business
They get busy. Setting a appointment is MUCH faster. But ALWAYS see those guys running around. Not playing around at all. But their tires and get a flat?? No problem, they'll fix ya up. Need tires rotated, no problem.
The BEST! Balance was off from the Franklin store, I called and spoke to Bobby and rushed over here. It was after they closed but they still took me in and helped me!! Customer for life!!
I called yesterday to speak with Justin and he ordered 4 tires to have delivered to his store for our Ford Flex. I arrived at 7:40 before the store opened. At opening, I was greeted (there was a team out the door to help everyone!) and brought inside. I had 4 tires installed and balanced ready to rock in 37 minutes! AMAZING SERVICE every time! Thank you Old Fort DT team! 🤩
Great and fast service and REALLY great prices! We are from out of town, celebrating our anniversary and had a tire puncture happen right down the street from Discount Tire. They were super nice, helpful and got the tire fixed pretty quickly (considering the busy lobby) and sent us on our way! They took great care of us today and made this unexpected change of plans not so bad!
Have been there a few times since moving to Murfreesboro, nothing but exceptional customer service!
