Nick and all the guys at the shop are great! Upfront, honest, FAST, and great priced service are a winning combination here. They had my car on the rack and two tires mounted within 6 mins of walking in the door. Better prices than I found anywhere else too. I've been to other locations and had similar experiences, though the one here at Madison was the best of them all. I'll be back fellas, thanks for the new shoes.
I had a GREAT experience at Discount Tire last night. This crew is awesome. Don't be fooled by Tire Discounters, who have followed them into Madison and have taken on the same look as Discount Tire's shops.
I've been a customer of Discount Tire since the 1990s (in Phoenix, AZ). Free tire repairs, free tire gauges, free tire fills, price matching, etc. have kept me a happy customer. My only question -- how do I invest in its expansion in Alabama???

I went yesterday to go get my new tires that I ordered online put on my truck. Sosa greeted me at the door with a smile, processed my transaction, and made sure I knew EVERYTHING that was going on with my truck and installation. The price was $72.72 for 4 brand new tires installed, disposal fee, etc. Which is great compared to Goodyear and everyone else I called, which was in the $100’s. Very friendly and professional group of individuals. Came in and got 4 tires mounted and balanced, they got me in immediately. Prices were very reasonable as well, definitely recommend checking them out.
I went in yesterday with my mind set on what I wanted for tires. I was met by Nick who actually opened the front door for me! He never tried to pressure me or “up sell” me about my tire choice. Very friendly and clean! Keep up the great work!
