Got there just minutes before closing time with what I thought was two flat tires. They put the car on the lift inspected it and called me to look. Not only were the tires obviously flat, but the wheels were broken also. (I had run over a concrete median in the rain). One of the employees drove me home. I went back the next morning and talked to Ian. He explained that the wheels could not be matched because they were after market custom wheels which I did not know. Well today I went in for a tire rotation and somehow they locked my keys in the car.they got right on it got in my car and they compensated me $50 thank you discount tire that was very nice of you. That's what I call great customer service.
