Purchased tires from here and have come in three times this week and still can not get them rotated. Was told today they are booked until after the new year. But that I should keep coming by to try and get in. Called before I came and they said there was no wait come in and now they are booked all day but if i wait maybe three hours they could get to me. RecommendedTook my DRW 3500 in to have the tires rotated, Balance is good, kept you informed va text as to what stage of work was done and text when it was completed. In and out in about an hour so all and all it was a good experience

Received a call that the tires were ready earlier than promised. Dropped truck off and your team mounted and balanced them in about an hour. Very professional. RecommendedSearched everywhere for a set of tires we wanted for our Jeep. Discount Tires were able to locate them for us. They kept us informed on the delivery of the tires. We got there on a very very busy Saturday morning. The entire staff was very polite and professional . They acknowledged every customer that entered the store. They finished at the exact time they had promised. The tires look awesome on our Jeep. We will be back when our other Jeep needs tires.

RecommendedI went in for new tires that I needed to make a trip over 20hrs back home and Ian took the time to be sure and talk through all my options and pricing; plus where my spare and jack is located/how to use etc. He had my tires brought into the store from other locations and made sure I had a new spare also. Job was done in less than an hour! Highly recommended and a very grateful customer
