Worst customer service ever! Don't pay with your debit card. My card was processed twice as debit & credit. Unfortunately, Joe the Mngr had no clue how to reverse the charge. It was left up to me to call my bank and dispute the charge from Discount Tires phone. They could care less that my funds were tied up!!! It still hasn't been resolved 3 hrs later!!
Second time I have gone to the Discount store in Atascocita and have turned around and walked out because the store associate's refuse to budge at all on the price. I was quoted $598 for tires. Seeing that they refused to budge in the slightest, we got back in the truck and drove 10 minutes down the road to the Discount store on the beltway near Wilson. Very friendly and great service and very clean facility and they're always with a smile.. And they always have fresh water and coffee for their customers
