I always pick discount tire whenever I have an issue with my tires. They always take care of me and have the best customer service! Their tire warranty is amazing. ��
We noticed our tire was flat so aired it up and went to have it repaired. They told us the tire was ruined as we had driven on it while flat (which we didnt). We left the car as they were busy. Gave them my number to call when done. After 2 hours i called to check on progress since no call from them and was told oh yea its done. I asked to take my old tire with me so my mechanic could see it as I was out of state and it was a new tire. I was given my old tire but charged a disposal fee. Very poor customer service
The guys here are terrific. I was in and out but still received an excellent level of customer service. They made sure I was well taken care of and offered me information about other services I'll definitely need in the very near future. A smile on everyone's face and very courteous.
The Discount Tire staff always go above and beyond to provide excellent service from start to finish. Today was no exception! Thank you so much!
I was so very impressed w/the young gentle man that assisted my husband! My husband uses a walker & must move slowly. The young man was not aware that I was w/and watching the whole exchange. He treated & spoke to my husband w/such respect & dignity! Although that should be the norm & not the exception, it so often is not! Kuddos to his raising & to the company for hiring him! These guys are great. They go beyond the call of service. Never have had any issues that they didn't take care of. Thay do a fantastic job. Shout out to Matt for taking care of my 94 Vette today.
I've been dealing with, Discount Tire for years and I have NEVER had a problem. I needed new tires and stopped by at 5:30 knowing that they closed at 6:00 and told them I would come back tomorrow as they were busy � but they said it was no problem and we were out within 49 minutes�� Thanks as always Discount!
