I’m loyal customer when it comes to Discount Tires have replaces tires on four different vehicles. Raj the salesperson who greeted me was all business and talked down to me I over looked that because I know it is his job to get people in and out. I wait over an hour for my car to put in the bay. I talked to John the assistant manager but my car wasn’t put in the line que. He just looked at me and said I don’t understand how this happened. I work 6 days a week, so getting a tire fixed is difficult. I’m so glad I got the lifetime road hazard, rotate, balance and flat repair on the factory tires of my 2016 GMC Canyon. I came in at 5:15 pm and they are going to fix my tire, and as always they were friendly and courteous.
