Started dealing with them about 3 yrs ago. Great service for a while. Noticed more and more that they were under staffed as it took longer and longer to just rotate tires. Always a backlog, even with having an appointment. So if you schedule something, you may or may not get it done timely if they have walk-ins. Today the guy on the phone had writtenr down the wrong day. Just getting sloppy or maybe need more management???
Friendly service and they played Christian music , which I appreciated!
Great service! Everyone is so friendly and they match prices.
Lee and Tyler were outstanding! Great service and very competitive pricing.
Excellent service!! Fantastic personnel!!! Clean!!! Comfortable!!! What else can I say? You're missing out if this is not your go to tire business for ALL tire needs!!!!
Great experience there today. They checked my tires for free and the customer service was fantastic.
I was incredibly impressed in the level of service everyone at Discount Tire gave me. More often than not, it's frustrating to have a flat tire, but Tyler at Discount Tire made my safety a priority and was able to show me different options to make me feel comfortable in my choice. 100% I would recommend this Discount Tire location to anyone in need of tires and rims. Impeccable service and very warm & friendly staff.
