I have always come to this location for tires except for my current ones. Found a nail in one of my tires yesterday. As soon as I parked, a gentleman came over and greeted me at my car. He checked the tire and it couldn't be fixed. The new tire was gonna be over $300 (I have a Jeep with 35s) and I can't afford to buy it right now. They put my full-size spare on no charge and right away even I didn't purchase a tire from them! I will definitely buy my next set of tires from them and continue doing business with them.
Victor was so polite and made the extra effort to make me feel welcomed. Great customer service. My experience was better than expected, even with an inventory issue. Great solution was offered. The waiting area could use a television and a heater. I’ll be back. Thanks guys.
The front desk crew are always courteous and both times Ive gone in with tire issues it was a nail and they fixed rhe tire for free. Very professional.

Quick and thorough service
I've cut up my Goodyear credit card and vowed to only ever come to Discount Tire. Every. Single. Time. I've ever been here I've been treated with respect and not like a stupid female. They truly do care about the safety of their customers and not just how deep their pockets are.
