Generally a really nice experience when cash is involved. Went in to get a screw pulled and patched was told 45 minutes start to finish. 2 hours later without even being told there would be a delay my car was finished. At my work if something is going to take longer we make it a point to communicate that with the customer. Had I known i would be sitting there staring at a wall for 2 hours I would not have chose to stay. Very un happy with the service i got today.

Great place to get tires people who work here are great, this is my 5th time coming back here. When my tire got puncture with nail they fix it in no time.
For the second time in a row getting tires on my truck they put the directional tires facing the wrong way!! Thought maybe the big frigging arrow on the tire might give them a clue on which way to mount them but apparently not. Now I get to go back again to have them fix their screw up! It's ok discount tire i like driving to the other side of town on a Saturday morning simply to have u guys point the arrow on my tires forward . Completely unacceptable incompetent installers.
