I have bought several sets of tires from these guys over the years for both of my cars and they have always done a great job. Awesome prices and warranty.
I made an online appointment about a week ago. When I got there 5 minutes early for that appointment, it was no where to be found. The sassy nonbeliever behind the desk didn't even offer an apology THAT THEY DELETED MY APPOINTMENT. Quoted me 1.5 hours. We have spent thousands and thousands of dollars there (new sets of wheels and tires every new vehicle, which is often). I just cut up that paid off credit card! He didn't even offer to set up a new appointment! Nothing!
I needed to replace a pair of miss matched tires on a newer car I just bought. It had Les Schwab Toyota eclipse on the front and Hankooks on the rear, you couldn't keep it going straight down the lanes on 1-5 2 more toyo eclipse tires were $177.99 Each. I got 4 new tires that seem to work great for under $300.00 they seem to track well. I was hesatent to buy a cheap tire but the Otsu tires seem to work well on my Buick Lacrosse CXS with 225/55r17 wheels they are very wide but don't seem to hydroplan like the expensive Toyo's... read more

They were wonderful, professional, curtious, and very affordable they beat everyone's price and then some, I had price quoted and researched every tire place around including looking at buying them on Amazon, but most importantly the guy that worked with me was very kind, caring and understanding he knew I needed tires very badly and that I was a student on a budget and did everything in his power to make it work for me an gave me the very best deal. I've bought tires for my truck and car here. They are always very friendly, and are working hard. Took my truck in for a tire rotation today. It was done when they said it would be, and found an issue and took care of it. Would recommend to everyone
Exceptional!! Every time!! Have had very little issues, but when presented they took care of right then and now, even 3 years later! Thanks Discount for years of reliable honest service!!
A friend recommended them for a free tire fix. I went in about 4:30 on a Saturday. I offered to come back during the week and they said it was okay anybody that got there before 5 they would get done the same day. Unfortunately my tire was not fixable. They gave me a quote. The employees were super friendly and helpful and not pushy at all. They didn't make me feel bad for not purchasing that day which makes me want to give them my business in the future.
