The wait is way to long bought couple sets of tires from this place hoping that I could get reasonable service. Worse than the place I was trying to get away from. 3 hour wait to fix their own fuk up I’m thinking getting new tires somewhere else just to get away for them now un Fukn believable
Had my wife take her Subaru in here today to get a screw in her front tire removed and fixed then a staple removed from the rear tire so she seen the car get in the shop and lifted up then 45 minutes later they say her car is done and fixed so she goes home then I get home from work and see that the screw and staple are still in the tires... I called asked what they did and they told me they took the screw out of front and a staple out of the rear and i said really well I'm looking at the screw and staple right now still in ... read more

I had just reached the doctors office for my mothers appointment. As soon as I got out of the car I heard psssshhhh air was pouring out of my tire. I left my mom at her appointment and drive to Discount Tire. There Denton greeted me and was very polite and got right to business. As we walked out to the car to get the mileage and physically look at my car I explained I had just left my mother at the doctors office. He wasted no time and got my car in a bay immediately.
