Normally no problems. I make an appointment online for tire rotation and I am in and out. Today appointment was for 11:45 it is 12:12 and my car is still sitting in the parking lot. Not happy today.

We recently moved to Las Vegas and didn't know where to go for tire work. I quickly looked on Yelp, and they have a very good rating and this location was close to where we live. It seems that we had run over a nail or screw and our tire had a small hole in it. Took the car in, they said it would take about half an hour to fix, then they'd switch the "spare" back into the trunk and mount this wheel back on the car. Probably took 15 minutes -- and NO CHARGE. I been going to this place for like a year now and this place is awesome! Having Ryan there making the place run perfectly smooth and very friendly staff and going there around 5pm is perfect not too busy. I like this place. Would never go to another tire place. This place is my number tire place. ✅
