Service was great. I had an appointment at 4:15 pm, they replaced my tire and I was out of there at 4:45 pm. No complaints here.
I was able to drive my vehicle there on a very low tire (11lbs). Its only 5 miles from my home and I've benefited from their free air service before. They found a screw in my tire, determined it was pluggable, did it and gave me my keys with a big thank you, with a geniune smile, for coming by. NO BILL. They didn't charge me a cent. The young man refused a tip (you usually tip most everyone in Vegas lol). Everyone there understood and applied great customer service. Last night I discovered my left rear tire had a slow leak. After pumping up the tire this morning, I went to my favorite tire store, Discount Tire, 9061 W. Flamingo Rd. They wasted no time in fixing the tire, rebalancing it, and rotating all my tires. To my surprise, they did this for free, even though these tires were not purchased from their store, as they came with my car. Had a rim swapped over they were busy and it was an hour before closing and they got me in with friendly service I would recommend this store.
