Set a appointment at 4pm ..got there the guy took my keys and said we will take care of it from here and BOOM !! Service was quick and smooth ..I dont remember ever getting such great service in a long time ..i really liked the place and will definitely be back again ..AWSOME !!
Concerned about customer satisfaction after over 30 years of buying tires from my Tire Company Discount Tire. 50,000 mile tires wasted after 12,500 miles. Paid 513.00 for replacements. I'll follow up in Colorado Springs with my home store. But Assistant Manager Martin did help me. He did what he could I guess. They're still my tire store.
We are here after they closed and they fixed flat and replaced spare for free! That's how you create loyalty!
Juan && Patrick were awesome helped us when I called and as soon as I got there they took care of us right away as busy as they were that day we did not have to wait that long to get 2 tires replaces I definitely recommend this location!
Quick and great customer service! Had to have a tire fixed and they got me in almost right away! The employees all seemed to genuinely care and make your visit as fast as possible. (I will also add... there are some good looking guys to look at while you're waiting; especially Brett. Very handsome! �)
Excellent customer service! I highly recommend this location. Ask for Patrick, he explained the issues with my car in detail and had no intention of just taking my money he wanted to help resolve the issues which I appreciate.
