Very attentive & professional approach. The ambiance of the shop is very homie. The staffs are very courteous and always ready to listen to all ur needs.
I have to say that I always receive excellent service when I stop in at Discount Tire in National City. I often stop in to have my tire pressure checked. I always receive quick service and an explanation on which tire was low and the amount of air it should have. Yesterday's visit was no different. I stopped in for a tire rotation and saw that I was in need of 2 tires and would soon need 2 more. I chose to get all 4. I was in and out of there within 35 minutes. They provide excellent service.
They have the best costumer service! Prices for tires are great as well! The men at discount tire are very helpful! As long as I live in San Diego I'm not going anywhere else!
I've been going to Discount tires for over 20 yrs and they have been great to me and my family, their service and merchandise are great.
