I have been going to Discount Tire for many many Years with all my Vehicle's. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I am now on very limited income and some kids had put a hole in my tire so I thought for sure I'd have to replace it which is not cheap. Ivan helped me out and was as Sweet as can be, made me feel at ease and took great care of me. They were able to fix my tire so it didn't cost me anything at all. What a Great Surprise for me.
We were visiting in San Diego and my low tire pressure came on .I tried to air it up to no advantage. Pulled into Discount Tire in Poway and Ivan checked out the tire.sensor and even recounted the tire on the wheel. I feel I am in good hands a safe to continue my trip . Thanks Ivan.
I ran over a nail and my tire was losing air. First I went to Toyota and they said it would be a 2 hour wait and $25 for a patch. I went to Discount tire and had no wait and the patch was 100% free! Everyone was very nice and friendly and my car was done in 15 minutes!
Like their knowledge and how I'm treated as a customer. Good competitive prices and great customer service will get me coming back every time. They shared the unique tire wear on our car and how to prevent it through extra tire rotation. And the extra tire rotation is a free service.
