I had my son bring in the car on Saturday September 5, 2020. After spending over $500.00 on this particular service and over $5000 in the last 2 years with Discount Tire in our household, I am very disappointed in not only the services, but also the remedy your store took to fix it. Not only was the front passenger tire flat when he got home because your service technician told him they broke the valve stem, I find out you offered $20 to get a new one. TWENTY DOLLARS is not worth the time to go buy one and bring to get fixed... read more

I bought four tires several years ago and have been impressed with their service but I came in for a rotation three months ago and was told the tread was wearing down. I was a little surprised because I only had 27000 miles on the tires. I was told to see the manager the next time I went in. I went back for another rotation last week and was told the edges of the tires were wearing abnormally.
