I came in with a flat. They fixed the problem. I'm not going to praise anyone for doing their job. They did what I paid for.
I was going to get new tires but the type of greeting I received made me go somewhere else. Thankfully there are other options near by.

Traveling from AL to CA for Christmas, woke up to a flat. We were waiting at 8:00AM when they opened. We were on the road by 8:35 and best of all, there was no charge. They were friendly, mechanics actually jogged from place to place and it was obvious safety is a strong concern. Great experience; much to be learned from this company.
The people who work here are amazing! They got me in and out in under 20 minutes. They also ensured that I understood my rebate, warranty, and when to come in to get my tires rotated and balanced! Go Discount Tire! :)
