I love this place . The manager I believe his name is Mike and all the guys are friendly and like to help.
Even though they were working under adverse conditions the day I was in, Ivan at this store took great care of me & I was on my way once they worked through all their customers. Ivan is an asset to Discount Tire & this store.
It must of been maybe less than an hour wait. Those workers were getting those cars in quickly. Appointments and non appointments. They were very efficient.
Every time I come to this location the staff are always friendly and helpful, not to mention typically pretty quick at getting cars in and out and in a proper manner. I've never had an issue except once were a valve stem was not screwed in all the way but it was an easy fix for myself since I have the tools with me, otherwise I'm sure they would have been more than happy to help me out. They can be busy at times but they also offered drive-through air pressure check service for free. Highly recommend!!
The guys at Discount Tire on Camelback Rd just east of 18th Street are incredible! My low tire pressure came on as I was leaving work at 5:40 tonight and I pulled into their parking lot at 5:56...they close at 6. But they didn't bat an eye and every single one of the guys were super nice! They had me pull into an empty bay, found a screw in the tire and told me they'd get it fixed for me right away. I was out of there by 6:15 and wasn't charged a penny! I love Discount Tire...especially this store!
I have been going to this particular location for just about 25 years. The turnover is expected but the customer service NEVER lacks. The sales staff and all of the technicians are extremely patient, teaching and compassionate to their customer clientele. Thank you for having such a great group of people.
They were courteous and efficient in replacing my tire. No issues. Thx!
