RecommendedOMG!! I’ve had a slow leak in one of my tires for a few weeks. Lincoln dealership couldn’t find anything. Finally took the car to Discount out of frustration. They found and removed a small nail, replaced a few parts on my Tire Pressure Monitoring System, balanced the tires and sent me a text when it was ready. They didn’t charge me a dime. No charge. Free!! Amazing. Everyone was so friendly and courteous. Why do I bother with the dealership?!?
RecommendedI was elated that Adrian “AJ” helped me with my spare that was put on wrong and was smoking as I pulled in. He helped me quickly and Ryan in the front made sure I was on my way in no time which was absolutely appreciated. I would definitely recommend some sort of performance incentive for those two hands down! Thanks again guys!
Not happy about my experience today, botched up 3 out of 4 brand new 22" wheels with a "Damaged" tire machine.... I griped on my FB page today... they offered to "Repair" and still have my wheels... 25%, one out of 4 tires mounted OK is a failing grade last I checked.
even tho it took a bit longer than they said, my truck tires were put on so I could get on the road to home in a timely manner

...just unorganized, unprofessional and no one gives a rip - wretched customer service… And there is zero space for anything. psssst; Again: Newsflash no one cares either. Can I get a refund for the warranty I paid extra for…? What are we doing people?
I love this Dicount Tire location, these guys are the best. I went in with a list of tires I had researched and Troy helped me go through them one by one. For making a large purchase, choosing the right tire is important and Troy was very knowledgeable and helped me make a decision. I would highly recommend this location.
