I honestly have yet to have a bad experience at this location and hopefully I never will. I have always been treated courteously and in a professional manner. I don't think I've ever been in for over an hour and that includes having all four tires replaced.
I had the best experience ever at Discount Tire on 610 and Buffalo Speedway! The customer service that I received from Victor and Jose was platinum! I actually enjoyed spending my money! ���� The service was just that good! �. I thanked the manager and the service team. It's soooo easy to complain when things are bad. I went to this location bc it was near my job and I needed to rotate my tires. The guy Gerard I think was his name if not I'm sorry omg he was the best he like fully explain the way my tires were and how I wld need to change them in about a year he went into full detail and that was amazing to me. I usually go to the one in Richmond on grand parkway 99 and the guys their are awesome as well. Great experience! Customer service was awesome! I just had a problem with getting there early, parking in numbered spots but cars drive up and walking to door to be first in line when there was 5 cars waiting.

Friendly and fast service! When they said it should take about 45 min to fix one tire and replace another, they were on time and on schedule! Service guys were friendly as well.

*** BUYERS BEWARE *** I purchased a new tire from this location 9 months ago because my factory tire had a nail in the side wall. After only 9 months of driving on the tire, it is now completely bald!!! I called the store and they assured me that I was still under warranty and would refund me the price of the tire with the purchase of a new tire. Leaving me to pay the difference.
