First of all I set my appointment the day before, when I got there, I still had to stand up in a long line of people, and I still had to wait a long time, so what was the point of setting an appointment. ..Never again.
Jorge was professional n knowledgeable. Got me fixed up n safely on road again. Steered me to Meineke location for alignment afterwards. Very pleased with service
Get competent staff. I was left with a dangerous situation behind the sloppy and lazy work of this location.
Been here an hour and 45 min and they still haven't even looked at my tire. Have warranty on all my tires. Worst experience with discount ever. Been a customer 20 years. Air check said they couldn't add air but the guy at the end said we can put air until the tire on order comes in.
