On 7/11, I enjoyed the quickest experience ever at Discount Tire on 610 and Buffalo Speedway. The customer service that I received from Juan/Mike was awesome! I was happy to buy new tires for My baby. Ya know that it is soooo easy to complain, BUT take a moment to encourage or thank someone today!!

I called before to check the wait time and they said it would be an hour and a half which was better than the store I went to first. They got me a new tire which was covered by the warranty without any hassles and completed the work in just under an hour and a half as predicted. There is a reason they seem to be always busy because we all have a choice. I'll keep coming back.
They took care of my issue....In and out pretty quickly....I was totally satisfied.
1st time at this location. Worker nice, check all my tires after I explained the situation, gave me an approximate time and indicate where the water and coffee was since I was going to wait. Nice customer service.
Waited less than five minutes to get my tires balanced with air. Great courteous service. Thank you.
Their service was ok but what upset me was the fact that this was twice that they have left if my center hub cap off or not tapped it in place tight preventing the loss of it. They are having to reorder for a second time. Being a woman I don't want to have to follow up on their work resulting in a loss for me. That's why I depend on their work so I don't have to worry!
I love this Discount Tire and all the workers they are polite and nice.
