This location is always honest and great. They actually want to take care of their customers and don't just try to upsell or create unneeded sales.
I don't have a car. I was riding my bike. My brakes failed and this was the first place I came to. A red headed guy wrapping tires was busy but took the time to fix my cable on my front breaks. I don't know his name but he was super nice. Refused to take my money. If I Ever need tires for a vehicle I'm coming here. Thank You so much. It's my only means of transportation right now and I needed to stay safe.
Love 'MY' Discount Tire! Such friendly, courtesy folks working there. They are kind from the moment I call to when I leave. They always give me what I need without trying to upsell me. They are quick and efficient and the wait is never as long as they say! Such a pleasure to deal with!
Again... wonderful service from Discount Tire! I've been to 3 or 4 Discount Tires and always get amazing service at amazing prices! My friend needed some tires and Andrew the manager was able to offer a few good options to a single mom on a limited budget. They were great. Service was fast and he stopped to talk to us about any other issues that arose with her older vehicle. Hats off! Great service! Thank you again!
well lloyd not too experienced. didn't catch my credit on previous tire bought. after showed it was corrected but. they no longer carry my komi tires expected. hopefully new brand works. very pricey tires and services. for a working man. it guess we have to pay for corporate to fly around. in executive jets. i deal with. in scottsdale. airport. ??? can improve on some services. but it is what it is
