RecommendedGreat customer service. The manager Nando is very knowledgeable and professional.
Came through today for the Memorial Day sale and to have a set of tires mounted (without an appointment). Nando set up my new tire order set up in next to no time and at an incredibly fair price. His team knocked out tire mount/balance in less than 20 minutes. The store was clean and waters were cold. I'll be back again.

Waited for 10 minutes for a sales person to materialize. Didn't happen. The shop was fairly empty too.
Discount Tire has always been our favorite tire shop - but yesterday at the Val Vista and Ray Rd location it was better than normal! The card readers had gone down, it was a very busy day and the guys had to call for authorization on each card and write all the info down - but let me tell you Josh and Lloyd were cheerful, helpful, professional and courteous!!! I was very impressed!!
I can't say enough about the top notch customer service provided to me from this team. Even during their busiest time, they took the time to go above and beyond for me. My husband and I won't go any where else for tires.

Although it took over an hour , my tire was fixed free of charge and they were very nice.
