Took my car into Discount Tire on 1130 W. Elliot Rd. In Tempe, AZ to fix a flat tire. In the 2 hours they had my car, they somehow managed to destroy my paint finish and also made 2 door dings on the driver door! I have witnesses that saw the car prior to me bringing it in and all agree that it was damaged by Discount Tire. They have denied any responsibility for the damage they caused. Nothing like a nail in the tire to slow down your day. But I am very lucky to have great tire guys here at Discount tire that got me in and out in about 30 min with a balance and rotation. Thank you!!
Had a super experience at Discount Tire on Elliot tonight. Came from Toyota down the street to have all of my tires replaced. The Mgr, Jim Sutton, was fantastic, staying open a little longer to service me and 3 others with their tire replacements. Fast & professional...great service !
Not a bad place first time in this location the guys got done fast as they can even though there were a group of other customers ahead of us. Was there for maybe a hour tops they are quick at hussling cars in and out fast. Now i dont have to worry about driving on bad tires anymore thanks to the guys at Discount tire.
What a horrible business ethic this location has. Refused to work on my vehicle because the after market wheel and tire package I have on my vehicle has a smaller speed rating index then comes stalk on the vehicle. That's just pathetic, if all you want to do is sell tires, and not fix any you should advertise that.
