I came in with a nail and a screw and they took me right in and didn't charge me. They have always been very friendly.
Discount Tire is always excellent. At least for me it has been. They have good prices, service and are speedy.
I usually have a great experience with Discount Tire but this was horrible. I went in around 11:30 and was told it would be about an hour so I decided to wait for my car instead of going back to work. It took over an hour, actually almost two hours and when I get in my car my check tire light is still on. I drive around back to have them check it and then was told to go back inside or get in the long line of cars waiting to have their tire pressure checked. Great customer service! Got in 5:55pm the staff got me check in and installed my tire with efficiency !
A 15 min job took 3 hrs. It was a 2 hrs 45 min wait time. After I was told it would be 1.5 hr wait time.
My wife had an appointment for a tire rotation at 5:15 we were there for over 2 hours before they finally got her car in...If you have an appointment why should you have to wait 2+ hours to have your vehicle serviced?
With 21k miles on my car i got a screw in my tire. The guys were very kind and fixed it at no charge. A little bit of a wait but I was in no rush. Thank you!
