RecommendedJosh and the team at Discount Tire on Elliot in Tempe are amazing. I came in late due to my crazy work schedule and needed tires and rims mounted. He was 20 minutes from closing with other customers and he and his crew got me in and all squared away. Thank you Josh and crew! 5
Excellent service , my appointment was at 10:00 and I was on the road by 10:30
little bit further of a drive for me location wise as the one in Mesa on Dobson is closer, but this one more organized.

I had a nail in my tire that was causing a slow leak. This morning I called Discount Tire to come in and was told to swing by and get on the walk-in list. I was miss-quoted the time it would take and ended up waiting a while. Eventually I talked with Alex and Josh, the store manager. When I explained the situation Josh took great care of me. waited outside for 1 hour before someone was assigned to me because I did not have an appointment. no follow up. asked for water since I saw the employee with 2 bottles and was told not for customers. sad. usually no problems but today was bad.
