Went to get two new tires Saturday morning place was packed and I was expecting a long wait like maybe half the day. Very professional and courteous staff all around. Was told my wait would be about an hour which I was glad to hear and surprised. Was even more surprised when it was done in 45 minutes. We don't live close bye but we're housesitting in the area. It was late 10 minutes till closing .they put 2 tires on less then a half hour. Very good attitude. Thanks. I've been using them for 25 years always professional.

Always impressed by the level of service at Discount Tire. They earned my loyalty a long time ago.
Terrible experience with my wheel damaged, wheel beauty cap ruined and talked down to and made to feel like an idiot. The store manager apologized for me not understanding him like I'm stupid, but no apology for damaging my property or effort to fix. I guess when you get that big in business you can just start treating people poorly as you've forgotten that your customers helped you grow this big. The staff is great, avoid any interaction with the Store Manager. He has no respect for you or your business.
