Customer Service is awesome. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. Very convenient to our home.
Preston is the best.
Service is not great. I was standing by the counter 10-15 minutes before someone even talked to me. Then they said it would be 1 1/2 hours to get me in. It was 45 min, so that was nice. Although I felt like it was a tactic to try to get me to come back at another time. I was there until 6:05 pm the guy comes and hands me my keys but doesn’t explain what he did or anything. They made a mistake by replacing the wrong tire and then they didn’t match it up with the first tire they replaced. Put a different brand tire on with asking us. Last time I’ll buy tires from discount. Nice of the manager to keep a customer happy.
Very long wait almost 2 hours for a flat fix plus to much air in all the tires my car takes 35lbs it read 43 lbs very inexperienced workers
They only place to get tires. Period. I've been a customer since this location opened and they're the best. Long time DT customer before that, doubtful I'll ever shop elsewhere.
Everytime I go these guys are amazing!! I called on a timed schedule and Preston took great care of me. They are always very kind and happy. That makes for a great boss and establishment!!!
