This store has lost 2 long time customers due to a major lack of integrity and customer service. Not the same discount tire I used to know. I highly recommend royal discount tire shop by the pawn shop off 423 north of north colony. Great prices and great customer service. No bs.

I would like to say a special Thank You to Matt Williams for the excellent job he did installing new tires on my 1972 Corvette! The rally wheel trim rings really put up a fight and Matt installed them perfectly! He will be doing all of my cars from now on!

Matt Williams, is the finest of Managers. I have done all my business with him for 8 years now and I will continue. There are few places that I recommend with no reservations. But if you need tires, wheels, or anything in between this is the place to go. No question. (Y)
We've never had any problem with any discount tire location other than having to wait a little bit to get the work done
Called 15 mins before getting here quoted me $137 per tire once I'm here told me that I heard wrong and turned out to be $175 each. Sigh....
Tried to up-sell me to 4 new tires when I didn't need them. Refused to fix the nail in the rear tire even though I had a full warranty. He said the tread depth was 1/32 with steel showing on the front tires, which were dangerous to drive, but another tire shop said it was 3/32 or 4/32. I did not appreciate the associate lying to me in order to try and make a sale!
