Apparently when I made my appointment I landed on the wrong location. Robert was able to handle the error, and got me in and out with speed. He said 30-45 min, I was out in 20 min. <3 DTC - and their fine team member Robert M Stearns. WTG!!!
I have been purchasing tires at various Discount Tire location in the Metroplex for many years. However yesterday's visit was unique for a couple of reasons. First my preferred store at 121 and Custer did not have the tires I required in stock so they actually sent me to the Ohio store. Secondly I had a family emergency that required that I get the tires on as quickly as possible. Long wait just to replace one tire that i brought in without the vehicle over 2 hours
I've been getting tires here for years, always a good experience ... except for the wait. So happy when they instituted online appointmnent-setting.
Complete shylarks! I purchased a warranty on tires and when I got a flat and was unfixable, they try to not cover the warranty tire and make you pay for it. They never listen to you. Complete high pressure sales tactics! I will never go back!
I had an excellent experience today! I had made an appointment and got two new tires on the car and out the door within 20 minutes!
