I made an appointment and STILL had to wait in line in front of non appointment people and had to wait 45 minutes for a tire rotation. What's the point of an appointment?
This is the worst place to get your tires fixed. They are always looking to make extra commission and try to upsell their customer. In particular an employee justin tries to upsell me twice on my previous 2 visits and never added road hazard protection when i purchased my most recent tires. Even though I never denied that protection. A week later my car tire was damaged and I was charged for labor and installation when I never knew I didnt have coverage. Best service I have ever had at a tire store! The tires I needed where at another store, and the service man Eddie M. Made a special trip to get them. Still was in and out in 2 hours without a appointment. Very impressed shop owner here! DFW Transmissions!
As always Kerry Alcorn at Discount Tire on Ohio did an awesome job. I called ahead and he helped advise me as to what would be the best tire for my 1969 Camaro and he had them in stock. Upon arrival got the tires changed out promptly and extra care was taken of removing the old tires and installing the new ones. I wouldn't ever hesitate to send anyone Kerry's way. He knows his stuff and will always go above and beyond to help out.
