Showed up 5 min to close on a rainy night and they worked me in! Turns out I had a hole in my tire. Everyone was courteous even though I was really last minute! Tire was under warranty. Could not have asked for more!
Made an appointment online for rotation and balance. Jessica was great, walked out to the car with me to look at my tires. I fully expected a suggestion to buy two tires, but nope. :) She got me all signed in. To my question said it might be 45 min to hour wait. I sort of expected that. 20 minutes later, my name was called, car was ready, and no charge. Was ready to pay something as I didnt get my tires there. Every worker was smiling, courteous, and friendly. Thank you Discount. :)

Their Team Members always step out and greet the guests, always friendly and work to solve vs. sell to you. Great warranty program. Just rolled over two well driven tires and with new tires, warranty, balance and installation, walked out for $157.83. Sales person and manager engaged me and thanked me for being a loyal customer. So easy, yet so hard for so many brands.
