Last Monday, Aug 10, had a not so great experience with this location. We talked, worked everything out and today I am a very happy customer. The issue had to do with something that was hard to determine who was exactly at fault, them or another shop but Gustavo stepped in and got me squared away. I won’t forget that they took care of me!
I recently purchased a new car and thought that in time I would learn to like the dark wheels that came on it. Nope! The manufacturer actually didn’t have any other wheel options for me except sizes that would require replacing the tires too. I wasn’t interested in that so they referred me to Discount Tire who I’ve used for years. Juan at the Haslet store had his work cut out for him locating a wheel matching my desired style and finish that was a direct-fit for my car. The best discount I’ve been to and I only shop discount! I want to give big shoutouts to the sales guys that helped me tremendously! That’ll be Braden & Steven! I highly recommend asking for either of them you’re in good hands!!
I would be giving this no stars because I first went in and they changed the wrong tire. But when I went back the manager Gustavo made it right 100% and then some. Because of him, I will continue to be a customer. Thank you Gustavo.
Usually a busy place but customer service has always been excellent.
