RecommendedI learned, 6 months ago, that my tires need to be rotated EVERY 6 months to maintain the life of the tire. Got my email telling me it was time. Went in, took a seat, and watched how this "fine tuned machine" of workers were prompt, courteous, friendly and helpful to EVERY single person that came in!! They are a business model that WORKS!!
I always go to this one. I love that I have someone to trust and go to. Steve is an amazing associate and takes care of his customers. I skidded my car a couple days ago and he was there to make sure my tires were OK and set an app up for a rotation to make sure they will be ok. At my rotation now and seeing him help out the other employees and helping with my car Also! They take care of the customers and there employees
Came in to get tires rotated did not have an appointment and the place was busy. Was able to get done in about an hour. We have been coming to this location now for 6 years and have always had great service. Thank you to the store manager Raul Jordan and his employees.
I will not support misogynistic treatment of women in auto parts stores, as I have been the victim of such behavior in the past. I will be needing 4 new tires for my Explorer in the near future and will NOT be buying them here. To the store manager: Understand that you are losing business by treating half of your customers (women) in an atrocious manner. We're not as dumb or uneducated about our vehicles as your employees seem to think.
Never again will I visit another Discount Tire. This morning, I was treated with such a horrible misogynistic attitude by the sales person at this store. After waiting in a long line, a man cut in line, standing beside me. The next available person said " i can help you sir". I spoke up and said i was next, pointing out that he cut in line. NEVER BUY FROM TIRE RACK -\-\ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY Please never buy tires from Tire Rack Last year for my Audi A7 I bought four new Pirelli tires to replace the exact same tires (Pirelli P-Zero's). Was hesitant to do so because it was not from a local dealer. Was told warranty was golden, etc., just like buying from local Firestone, Goodyear, etc dealer. Two weeks ago one of my tires blows out at 80mph going to Phoenix. Put spare on (little donut tire). First set of Pirelli's lasted 38K, ones from TireRack less than 12K!! Call... read more
