My appointment was changed 5 minutes before my scheduled time. The shop sounded more like a high school locker room than a place of business. The kids were screaming and hollering, honking horns at each other inside of the shop, horse play, and the general jackassery that didn’t give me any confidence that quality work was being done. I was less than impressed.

Extremely fast. Had a 9:00 appointment for 4 new tires. They took the car at 9:02 and were calling my name at 9:35. The Associate (wish I had his name) that I got when I came in was extremely helpful. Explained everything. Every staff member I came in contact with was great. Discount Tire made the tire purchase experience a pleasure.
I will never go back to Discount Tire on Oracle & Magee. 1.) my car sat for an hour in the same spot I parked in before they worked on it. 2.) Your staff is condescending and sexist. 3.) I understand it's better to make appts. but people who came in after me were getting their cars serviced before mine(all men) and I know some of them did not have appointments(like one of your snide staff members said when I asked why it took so long and people were being serviced before me).
