I was helped by Jose Maldonado, who gave excellent customer service, he helped me choose the appropriate tires for my car in consideration with my budget. I went during lunch hours so it was quite busy, the wait time was manageable and my car was done within the time frame given. The prices are super affordable. Will definitely come back for car/tire maintenance.

I just wish they would not dirt my mats. I have plastic mats but they managed to get the carpet dirty.

I always get tires from discount but today I was disappointed they didn't put the original caps back on just went to the wrong discount tire store. So I want to know if yall r going to re0lace my caps they r nitrogen caps

So...I have Michelin tires with full tread, only 30,000 miles on them and I purchased the Unlimited Lifetime 60,000 mile certificates on the tires. I had a blow out and went into the store today, and I was told Lifetime does not really mean lifetime. Michelin only allows 8 years. If that is the case then the certificates should read 8 years...NOT lifetime. This is false advertising. This place went above and beyond for me, they even had to go to Home Depot to get a pipe wrench to get off one of my tires! I'm forever thankful to them. I won't go anywhere else to buy tires ever again!
