My only dissatisfaction is that it took 2 weeks for tires to arrive that I paid for and was falsely advertised to take 3-5 days. My front tire was struggling to maintain proper air pressure requiring a trip to Discount Tire, weekly until the new tires arrived. 🤷🏽♀️
Great prices , plenty of locations
The staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. They took great care of my car and helped me choose a safe tire.
A 2 hour wait for a rotate and balance is just ridiculous. I went over the the I-10 Katy location (which had 3 times as many people in the waiting room) and I was in and out in 45 minutes.
Cinco Ranch location Great experience from my phone call until the installation. They had to order the tires and had them ready to put on at my appointment time. I was in and out in no time.
Was in line first. When they opened they specifically asked who was in the Hyundai Genesis because they saw me drive in. I got my balance and rotation and was out of there in about 12 minutes! Thanks Discount Tire!
The guys at the cinco location are awesome. They move fast and efficiently. It doesn't matter how busy it gets they are able to get cars completed with fast efficiency. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and care about us the customer. Special thanks to Taylor, Colton, and the rest of your crew. Thanks you for the great service!
