The Discount Tire in Cinco Ranch is the worst one by a long shot! You schedule your appointment online only to wait 25+ minutes in line before any of the six people in line ever talks to a Sales Associate because they are too busy answering the phone calls coming in (a directive of corporate) to help the people standing in line. not today...long lines. 30 minute wait to check in for my 9 am appointment. then told its 45 min wait. what's the point of making an appt....
Been going here for 13 years and many cars later. Always great customer service. Never would I go anywhere else unless. Keep up the great work.
