Another Discount Tire NIGHTMARE!! Spent 2 hours waiting for tire rotation& balance including spare, and to check (!) for tire damage. After 2 hours (promised 1 and 1/4 hrs), they said they had to substitute a different brand replacement tire (under warranty) for a damaged one but "it will fit fine." I said, Are you sure? And the guy said, yes. Got the car. NO rotation, some crap "replacement" tire on the FRONT (even the receipt said replacement tires would go on the back!!) plus it has DRY ROT!! I had a great experience with Discount Tire. The employee I worked with (Chris Palacious) was very knowledgeable and courteous. He was able to help me find the best tires within my price range, and was able to get them installed the same day, despite the location being extremely busy. I am very happy with the service I received today and highly recommend this location.
They are so nice, treat you like a real person, whether you know cars or not. They'll check your air for free and the tire insurance is fantastic!! No hidden fees, easy to deal with. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!
