Came in ready to buy 4 AT tires for my ranger but they didn’t have the tires I selected from their website. I was told they were discontinued and they could not order them. I went to another discount tire looking for my second choice and they did not have it but offered to order them for me... but they wanted me to pay for them up front before they even came to the store. I was told the store wouldn’t be able to return them once they were ordered. I’ve never had a harder time spending money on something I want.
Had a flat and came in 30 minutes before closing. David was so nice and treated me as if we had all the time in the world (even though they were really busy). He was efficient, but took time to explain the need for replacing my tire. While I've been a DT customer for years, this is definitely the location I will come to from now on. These guys rock!
Saved me a girl who knows nothing about tires from having a blow out!!! Fast work!!!!
