Awful service, stood in line for 20 minutes and was tired of standing so I satin the stool. I was next, but instead of calling me over he takes someone who just walks in. Just awful
I got a flat tire and thought it'd be a good idea to just buy all 4 new tires because my car needed them. Not even 2 weeks later, I ran over a nail and got another flat tire. I know, 2 flat tires in the span of 2 weeks, what luck. Discount Tires in Parma Heights did a great job fixing my tires not only once, but twice and was very reasonably priced. Big shout out to Matt for not only fixing my tire the second time around, but taking the time to check every other tire on my car to make sure everything was good to go!
Great service Stopped in for a price to compare to the place around the block. Better prices! My husband said we were on a time crunch, would come back later. They said "we can do it now, takes 15 minutes" They did!!!
Have had two experiences here so far, both times they have been phenomenal. Today they mounted tires on a freshly painted set of 22s and did everything to ensure a flawless install, I'd give 10 stars if I could
Amazing service, accommodating staff! Can't beat a free leak repair, tire rotation, and balance. I will most definitely be coming back here when it comes time to get new tires.
I had an easy time getting the rims and tires I wanted. Justin was awesome at helping me out and good at listening to what I wanted and finding me a great fit!
