RecommendedI stopped in today 20 minutes before their closing time (sorry fellas!) I had a slow tire leak and they squeezed me in before closing for the night. They replaced my tire stem for me and I feel a lot safer about traveling now. Omgosh! Their store is SO clean! The entire vibe I felt there was positive and very professional. The staff were all very friendly and nicely dressed. I'll definitely be back in the future and will tell my friends to go here. Thanks for staying late for me, to help me fix my tire ❤
I can not say enough about my experience at your Parma Heights location today. The associate that helped me, Matt, went above and beyond to help me to order new wheels and tires for my sons 350z. He was patient and understanding and made sure we were happy with our purchase even with having to search for a good fit and color choice which took a good amount of time. Got there with a low tire last night 30 minutes after closing, while they were finishing up for the day. They were kind enough to take my key, secure my vehicle, and repair the tire first thing this morning. Wish I had paid closer attention to their names, but kudos to the 3 young men who worked last night. GREAT customer service!

BRUTAL. STRIPPED MY WHEEL LOCK, WQITED 2 HOURS TO TELL ME THEY ONLY HAD 2 OF 4 TIRES I ORDERED 3 WEEKS PRIOR AFTER CALLING ADVISING ALL WERE IN THEN GAVE ME ATTIRUDE. DO NOT GO HERE.
